In the rapidly evolving smartphone world, being a year behind is a recipe for trouble. If Microsoft focused huge resources on the problem, however, it might be able to close the gap. The phone has no model number on it but does have a green case with white face plate and black surrounding the screen if that helps to ID it. The problem is as soon as I turn it on it says 'good bye' and shuts down again. I have tried taking the battery out several times to try and break this cycle. Any suggestions? |
